With the high-tech measuring equipment and devices, we can carry out a series of inspection and testing on material and products, such as chemical analysis, microscopic analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, non-destructive inspection (MT, UT), dimensional and geometric inspection, CMM inspection, adhesive strength testing and so on. If needed, a full range of test reports can be delivered as per relevant international standards or agreed specifications by customers.

To ensure the homogeneity, reliability and safety of products, we apply effective quality control on full operating processes from incoming material to delivery of products as per ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 requirements and keep the traceability on full processes. We also keep continuous improvement to raise the level of quality control by taking corrective actions and precautionary measures.
